remember old kayle burst?

has none currently . what has changed since back then ? mr /lvl removed ,fighter/mage role attack speedd lowered by alot base ad -5 biggest hit of burst kayle was taken by removing 40% ap ratios and the 5% amp

considering 600 ap ,Q would hit 260+600 ,now its 260+360 ,and they said they removed it because kayle was terror when ahead with ap ,but what if you are behind ?

E is consistent dps ,was 20% in season 2 but items were different and had 100% ap q

now 60% ap Q and 35% E lichbane nerfed by -25% ap and some got compensations like diana and tf ,who already had high synergy with item

buff kayle Q to like 75% ap to encourage ap builds furthermore and base attack speed

there is a reason why some champions are exiled with 2% popularity inconsistency
