Riot, stop with the meaningless voiceovers...

In the past year, 3 champions have had voiceovers that were utterly lazy and had completely no meaning. I'll let Gnar's slide, because his was cute, but Reksai and Bard have no excuse for having no voiceover but terrifying noises or wind chime sounds. Seriously Riot, half the reason I play a champ is for their story and personality. Bard is said to be a spirit. Thresh is a spirit and he can talk.
