Just had ADC ziggs and a J4 top.

Not dissing on J4 top, but he was oom every time i went for a gank.

Then we wiped at blue because ziggs was oom (defending our own blue?)

The Ziggs adc pick was popularized by Shiphtur in NA, and it spread to other regions. It even has been used in professional play in NA and in China/Korea. It isn't bad, but requires a different composition and playstyle.

J4 top probably comes from Ray just playing it in playoffs that are going on right now at the time of writing. Him being OOM just means he couldn't play the pick well or you choose bad times to gank.

J4 has been top since I can remember. Way before this spring playoffs going on now

Definitely possible that he picked it up beforehand. I was just thinking that because people tend to see something picked in LCS then immediately copy it.

Yea that is true about the lcs thing and people trying it out though. I normally just do j4 full ad top. Surprises a lot people when they get one shot

Ziggs has a higher win rate in bot than mid apparently (probably due to lower playrate but still)
