So Rams is the ultimate tank. He's an old ass specialized champion due for a full vgu according to riot. He's on the hit list along with Swain, irellia, shaco, nunu, and mundo. That's not including the new hit list they posted some time ago. You pick him against quad ad/full ad. That's what I usually do. When o did do it, I lost both times. Is he any good though.

d4rkshock1 votesAlso when I picked him, I noticed he was crouching and moving slowly. I don't remember that from the ADC update from when he was op and everyone was picking zed and talon. That means you only deal damage when to taunt them for 1.5 seconds. I bive this was before the rework.

his q can be interrupted with cc, which completely defeats the purpose of his q
his ult has trash damage now
