You get exp for champion mastery even from defeats or worst games ever.

So in 2-3 years We'll have shitton of level 7 mastery players who suck.

That mastery level will sooner or later lose all of its meaning.

You obviously know nothing about masteries, level 5 is just from playing them a lot, you need to S-'s or higher for level 6 and then three S grades or higher for level 7, not just playing them
