It could be better, but yeah, it's a fantastic feature. I've never had to use it myself, but it's saved me from a lot of games I'd rather not play. Like Viktor v. Fiddlesticks Mid, since I'm utter garbage at Viktor.

For the non-surrendering team. It is actually saving time for the surrendering team since they don't have to fight through a 4v5 for at least 20 minutes before they can quit the nearly unwinnable game(note the "nearly").

remake is a no brainer that should have been there from the start like DOTA! Now they have their shiz together. And if my comp was newer I would drop lol for DOTA> Unfortunately my comp is too old.
