In a game like starcraft you can just leave, but in a game like league you get punished severely for doing anything other than twiddling your fingers for the next 15 minutes.
I'm not saying this is a problem that can be fixed, but ugh.

The casual POS player who don't give a shit about anything or anyone created this environment. I could really care less what anyone thinks about my opinion but if everyone who played this game showed they actually gave a shit we wouldn't be having these kinds of discussions. Useless people are useless anywhere and todays society says it's ok to be useless so in turn the lazy POS remain useless because nobody holds them accountable. Those people who take it upon themselves to try to make them accountable get punished. We did it to ourselves, PERIOD.
