Is it safe to assume that Xin was buffed because he isn't played professionally?

Literally, this dude builds 2 items, full tank and stomps the living fuck out of anything unless if you got like 3 people focusing this guy.

Then the balancing team buffs this dude. What. Does. This. Balancing. Team. Do. To. Make. These. Decisions. I am just imagining them playing darts and whatever they hit with the dart they buff/nerf.

He doesn't have an escape, that is why he isn't played professionaly Rito. He isn't Lee, he doesn't have a repel because he isn't a facking spider. Literally even the casters laugh at people picking Olaf over Lee because they know what's up.

yes it is. i mean they made a patch, specially for worlds. they favorise champs (goodbye sejuani) so yea. i bet in season 7 every patch will be for the lcs

What sucks about this change is that Xin was typically giving up sustain to rush Guinsoo's. Now, he can just rush Guinsoo's and still have sustain.
