This "giving up culture" has gotten as worse as it can get.

We were ahead 21-16 with 4-4 towers, but my team almost ff'd with a 3-2 vote. We ended up losing but whatever. The point is people are so used to giving up that they don't try to make a comeback just because the team is slightly behind, or hell, they are not 10-0 by 20 minutes. No, it's not the season that is snowbally, since I had 3 10k+ gold comebacks this preseason so far.

Bot lane loses = You lose, simple as that. ff if your bot lanes loses, enjoy elo if they win.

The only exception is if the losing bot lane has a twitch. Twitch will always be able to comeback the moment he has 3 item because "balanced"

Had one last night, was pretty sure we were going to lose. I coyldnt keep up with my opponent cause i was just off that match. The enemy team started getting cocky, over confident and wanted more kills when we had all three inhibs exposed. Instead we turned it around and won because of that throw.

I think they ff because they're thinking about the time invested in the game. They personally weigh the chance at a new game a better bet than using 10-20 minutes for a perceivably low % chance of a win. It's all about preception of odds, and with the current meta, the perception is that comebacks aren't a real thing.

Weird thing is I've been in a lot of come back games lately

Yeah, it's not about probability of a comeback, it's more about investment into a comeback. It's a basic cost benefit analysis problem.

The shorter the game, the more apt people will be to just ff. The reason for this is a few things. First, they don't feel as invested in the game so they're going to try to cut their investment as soon as possible. Second, the late game has been so neglected that a lot of the late game players have quit playing. Third, if you actually do the math, it actually makes it more time efficient to the player to ff earlier, assuming you win 50% of games, because you're spending less time in a game which technically doesn't increase your rate of winning.
