Remove Gunblade Slow

Honestly I just don't think it shouldn't have a slow. All of the champs that build it really should not be given a cc ability along with the insane burst that gunblade offers. I am a katarina main and from what I see nobody really has fun playing against her. The moment she gets a gunblade, as long as she hasn't died more than like 3 times, she can take over a game and a large part of that seems to be that the gunblade slow really removes a lot of her counterplay. All she has to do is roam an find some squishies that she can e/w/gb/q/r/e which is way too empowered by the gunblade. They have literally no way to outrun the daggers even if they flash because of the range on her e/spin if she jumps on the edge of her dagger. I know I didn't really talk about any other gunblade users like akali but really I just don't see why they should get a slow on top of all of the free snowball potential that comes from gunblade.

It is legit the only thing that makes Katarina playable. So no. Especially since she is terrible atm.

I used to play AP Varus mid last season and the season before, and my first built item in lane was a gunblade. That along with maxing q first made him a terror, with an instant thunderlords combo post 6, 2 slows, and an aoe root.

item 3147 remove duskblade's slow then :v)

Well, the slow is interited from item 3144, so removing it wouldn't make the most sense without removing it from cutlass itself.

Which would be an indirect nerf to item 3153 since you wouldn't have the slow until you complete it.

To be honest, I don't feel like Gunblade's slow is really a problem. The burst can be a little high, yeah, but the slow itself doesn't really feel like one of the item's issues.
