Not getting my cat ward
I spent 130 tokens on getting the pumpkin cat ward skin and i'm not getting it. I have played a few games and relogged and still don't have it. Anyone one else with this issue?

I even tried to get it twice, still no ward and 300 tokens lost.
I'm having the same issue. Bought a Spooky Marksman Orb and the cat ward. The orb worked fine but I didn't get the ward.
I bought it too and it's not showing either. :c
I'm not getting it, either. I had bought it with tokens, then bought the Ekko bundle, and still don't have it. It says I own it in the bundle, but doesn't in the World's Token crafting menu. I even checked my collection of wards to see what wards I do and don't have, but it doesn't show up there, either. Even though it should show as unowned if it's acting like I don't have it.
I bought this ward twice and spent 300 tokens. In second time I got the permanent ward skin shard in my loot inventory

There is no ward in my collection. But I can use this skin in game. Sent a bug report and ticket, I hope they'll refund my 150 tokens.
Not getting my cat ward

Same. I bought the cat icon and the ward but only got the icon.
I didn't get the ward too ;D
I unlocked it before buying one of the halloween bundles than I noticed the ward wasn't showing up so I tried unlocking it again a few times... It kept taking my tokens and didn't show up even after I relogged, though eventually I could select the ward in champ select.
It's got stray
I'm having the same problem. The ward is nowhere to be found in collection or champ select page. I purchased it with tokens and it says "Owned" but where is it?! I thought it's a pumpkin cat not a ghost cat! [sg-ahri-1]

This has been a common bug for like, months now. You simply reboot the client and everything is where it should be.
I had bought the Bewitching Janna bundle was also suppose to get the kitty ward and seems I have not received it. :(

Yeah same problem here, I bought the ward with 150 tokens, I see it in my loot page, and its there under wards and it says ''Owned'' but it doesnt go to my collection and actually Unlocked it, i tried relogging and playing a couple of games but nothing :(

Just bought it myself and it's still not showing up. So, this is days later after this post and there's still an issue with it. Sent in a ticket. Did anyone have any luck after sending a ticket in?
