Give Ahri a Passive

When the ahri mini rework came out it was underwhelming and overall just seemed like a nerf to her passive and q movespeed. But why? She wasn't even good in the first place and now shes pretty much unplayable unless she just plays as a charm bot until she has 2 or three items so she can start to actually deal damage. Before that point its almost impossible to win lane because every other midlaner out trades you just because ahri barely does any damage pre six (unless the enemy laner is dumb enough to move out from behind the wave so you can hit a charm) and even after six your ult just gets outclassed by other popular mages/assassins like zed, kassadin, leblanc, zoe, etc when it comes to picking people off. Overall ahri just feels weak because without a HUGE lead you cant really do anything until the game reaches around 25-30 mins. I understand if this post is not very good, im gold 5 and I suck at writing so it's probably pretty hard to take me seriously, but I personally like ahri a lot and I feel like she at least deserves more than just and increase to her charm duration. Maybe give her a real passive too, unlike this fucking janna passive that you get ONLY after hitting 2 abilities. I'm open to criticism.

Edit: Holy shit this got way more attention than I expected. I would like to, again, say sorry for my lack of knowledge, I didn't research anything beforehand and I don't even play ahri that much(only like 60k mastery). I just kinda got bored and posted this. I get that she has been strong a lot in the past but right now, even though she might not be bad, I feel like I strayed a bit too far from my original point of her not having a very impactful passive. I understand that if they were to give her power there they would have to nerf something else, and some people just prefer the way she is now(I only really ever enjoyed/played the more recent one where her q gave movespeed), but I personally dislike her atm and I havent seen her much in competitive at all recently and felt like making a post just for fun.
