why is every ranked game so fucking hard?

why cant the game be an actual 5v5 just once? why does every game have 1-2 people who are just awful at their role and have to be a liability and bring down everyone else? why cant i get a decent team that doesnt include someone feeding horribly and then going afk?

We had hour long games season 1, and then everyone cried for shorter games. Shorter means you snowball harder, season 1 shutdown was 1k gold, it actually would bring you back into the game... sometimes it would even put you ahead.
