why haven't these champs gotten their kill windows raised then? the first two can 100-0 you with entirely point and click skills before you can even react to them
Riven is probably going to have a lower kill time than most assassins now, and she's supposed to be DPS oriented.

Those mages like Annie / Syndra / Anivia have stupid amounts of burst damage but they are the less mobile champions of the game. They are slow, they are squishy. If they don't have any damage / any CC, what's the point playing that champ ?
Even if assassins deal less damage, at least they can choose their target, kill it and go away. Those mages have nothing except a flash to escape from anything.

Riven is pretty damn squishy too. The most I see riven's get is a GA and maybe a juggy item like Steraks.
I dont understand the bard complaint though.
