Enemies should be able to click Thresh's lantern to travel to him as well.

Bard has this feature in his portals - he's punished if he fucks up on placing them, and he's even limited to walls with them. Granted, multiple people can traverse them, but still.

Why cant Thresh have this as well? He should have some decision making in his kit other than "I missed a hook, so lets wait for it to come up" and "I landed a hook, now press hook again and flay + ult + w the adc into range".

Not to mention it's a fucking lantern. Theres no force that prevents an enemy from touching a lantern in real life, why should it apply here?

you are right there is no force that prevents people from touching the lantern... then again when an ally touches the lantern it's Thresh who pulls on the lantern to bring said ally towards him, the lantern doesn't magically send whoever touches it towards Thresh (i mean you want to use irl logic here right?)

every champion is balanced for a reason... a thresh would think your Q is broken as it pokes with high base damage and heals for a good amount

Whose Q, Bard's or Nami's? Because I don't remember any of these champions using Q and being able to heal except with spell vamp.

I think enemies traveling to Thresh sounds too harsh.

Make it work like GP's barrels and that would be less harsh, but creates really interesting "counterplay" material.

I think that would be fair because, one, Thresh is very strong already, and two, his lantern is high reward/zero risk.
