Ghost slows --> Mord gets closer --> E slows you more --> Repeat

Doesn't affect voidlings. Just build Rylai's for a 40% slow on Q and 20% perma slow with E. Getting luden's would allow malz to hit 379.5 movement speed without boots thanks to the 3% ms increase. It should interesting to see how much the reducrd hp on RoA hurts him
