I heard someone once say you could use Veigar as a counter to her, because you deal enough magic damage to burst down her shield and then stun/damage her afterwards.

The other (easier) option would be to use a champion that deals physical damage.

Not the craziest thing you could do. The spell shield would negate Morgana's binding, and you could ult to run away if you get caught over extended.

Jayce and Ezreal have shown up mid from time to time. Gangplank could probably work too

Shes old, and yeah she used to be the best mid laner in the game, super easy laning phase, super op utility, her only draw back is a lack of late game carry potential (which players got around by taking her support)

Zed can do well into her tho, but not a lot of people play morgana mid anymore so its hard to find data on counterpicks

Ok here straight from an EUW D5 Morg otp. On Support pick Brand, Zyra or Nami, morgana hates being against dominant laners and hates nothing more then people that easily break her blackshield. In Midlane u can just run whatever is good at roaming, she will only clear wave after wave but does not actually scale good, u win by destroying the sidelanes she can not go to without risk which is exactly what morgana mids do not want, risk. alot of one (or more) dash top laners do good into her, so yea she would make you switch up your usual mid game champs

From playing a lot of ADC the only real way to counter a morgana, is shutting her lane down early. Buy some early boots and stay on your toes the whole time. Waiting for her to blow her root is a good way to start the fight. Another good tip is to wait until she uses her black shield either on herself or her lane mate. Soon as she uses it, catch the other opponent. Thinking about the available abilities of the opposing players gives you such an advantage. Playing a lot of champions gives you a perspective and when they'd wanna throw their abilities out. So maybe try morgana and learn her weaknesses and when you get killed remember how it happens. Use it to your advantage and kill morgana's that are against you. Hope this helps! Good luck.
