Usually when I hit late game I sell stormrazor for get another item (since I had 100% crit). It's that worth? Mostly because I can't use the passive very well but it give me nice stat 55 ad and 35% atk speed. Also is trinity force a valuable choice as last item? It give me a tons of stat and it could replace boots aswell. Suggestion?

No, it doesn't. Stormrazor only grants you the benefit of ms other than its raw stats after you reach 100% crit chance.
Trinity forces suck as the last item because all adcs other than jhin have low base damage

So your crit does 200% damage instead of 150%....can you not read? Yea it's not great late game if you build more than one crit item but its okay to NOT sell it.

Do you even play LOL? All adcs except Jhin does 100% bonus damage when they critical hit, this is the same as storm razor passive at 100% crit chance.
webstar19951 votesI was getting the Crit % mixed up from a different game MB chill.....and Jhin does the same amount of crit as any other champ except for his guaranteed 4th shot does less early game. I think late game it does more because of some extra scaling....

Trinity Force isn't a good option imo, a would usually be better or if you are Sivir the best is to pick up 
when you have 6 items.

OtterlyLost1 votesI do suggest selling storm razor late game, specifically for either LDR or a Lifesteak item if you already have your two zeal items and IE. Getting trinity force is heavily dependent on the ADC you're playing; it wouldn't work very well for Cait, Jinx or Trist but it used to be a rush item on Kog and can be decent on Lucian. ADCs that can take advantage of the spell blade from trinity benefit more from it than ADCs who can't. In other words, I dont feel like, on most ADCs, trinity is a good option over either a lifesteal, LW item, or GA.

Look at the enemy team and see who's fed and who isn't.
I built a duskblade on Vayne last night because I was so fed no one on the enemy team could deal with me.
