(clarification: unless specifically said otherwise in the option, the scenario in the option only applies to you.)

Would you rather..

a.) only be able to take one summoner spell, and it cant be flash b.) have no runes (this applies to ALL tiers, including keystones) and you can't use summoner spells for the first 4 minutes of the match.

Would you rather..

a.) have no cooldowns on your abilities b.) have no cooldowns on your summoner spells or keystone (flash will be on a 3 second cd tho)

Would you rather..

a.) have your 3 main champions deleted from the game b.) you cant buy any damage items for the next year (no loopholes, and no items that indirectly contribute to your damage like % max health scaling abilities)

Would you rather..

a.) be hard counterpicked every match b.) be 24/7 camped with no help from your team in laning phase every match

Would you rather..

a.) get 1000 gold at the start of every match (in addition to the starting 500) b.) your entire team gets unlimited health pots for free, but only after the laning phase has ended.

Would you rather..

a.) have your team's blue and red buffs respawn after 1 minute instead of 5, but they're 2x tankier and do 2x more damage b.) have you (only you, not your whole team) get 50% more gold from cs c.) have everyone on your team get 30% tenacity that also applies to displacements and knockups/knockbacks

a.) permanently have grevious wounds on yourself b.) permanently be unable to inflict grevious wounds on enemies

a.) lane against malzahar every game for the next year, and his ult is on a 20 second cooldown once he gets it b.) permanently lose 8% of your damage output everytime you die, and if it hits 100% you have a permanent 400 ping for the rest of the match
