Guinsoo's should get the Urgot W treatment

Basically Urgot's W reduces on-hit damage while active. I think Guinsoo's should function similarly by having any on-hit affects from items or buffs that are applied as a result of phantom hits do reduced damage. How much? That's up for the balance team to figure out. I just think the item needs more balance levers because as it stands the damn thing either effectively doubles on-hit damage every other auto or it doesn't with no inbetween.

The issue is that such a big chunk of its power comes from champion on hits like kai, vayne, and neeko. Do you propose to reduce the dmg of those abilities too? If so how do you handle the fact that those abilities only have a 1/3 chance of being procced by the rageblade hit.

If you don't influence those abilities the item will continue to be poorly balanced on them, if you don't then no champion w/o a stacking on hit like that would use it and it will become like WotA and be a strong mandatory item on a few champions and useless on everyone else, which isn't any healthier.

Replace Phantom Hit with:

Guinsoo's Rage: Your attacks deal physical OnHit damage (AP ratio) and magic OnHit damage (Bonus AD ratio).

Make it into the hybrid equivalent of Infinity Edge or Deathcap.

Or just rework phantom hit and call it a day.
