is the Worlds is fun to watch?
I'd say sometimes but its not boring as it was before, mainly because a single team fight can mean the enemy team can either get an inhibitor, baron, dargon/elder or in worst case scenario and especially late game, the nexus. It just makes it more fun and worth your time, watching a team fight and then seeing the enemy team getting objectives faster.
With riot introducing tons of ways to dish out damage to turrets i still think that pro games are usually long i.e. 40+ minutes easily. That's because they usually do not make major mistakes and give out ACE but nor do they leave given opportunities by the enemy. I think the former affects the normal day-to-day players much more than the latter. We tend to make grave mistakes and give out Ace and that usually results in the enemy winning much earlier than expected. Pros can somewhat balance both hence why games still last long enough. As of right now, i rather watch worlds than play myself. Its a let down, the direction that riot is taking its game towards.
Not to mention i see these nearly every single game

These equate to 19 out of 140 odd champions. Now, find me a game of worlds where none of these are picked? There are still around 120 odd champs left that could be picked from.
