With every other drake in this game, you get the benefits of the drake 24/7 and IMMEDIATELY after killing the drake. Also, I'm pretty sure no other drake cc's you while you're trying to kill it, so it's easy to run away if you think you can't win a fight. And the amount of regen you actually get from this thing is almost nothing. In it's current state it's just not worth it. Buff ocean drake please.
Cynikul1 votesNo, I think its in a good spot. Especially 2-3 of these own. Combined with elder and its literally a warmogs on every champion on your team.
Top that off with that fact that it is considered the weakest, it changes map priorities on the map rather than infernal which is OMG WE MUST HAVE THIS. It's kind of nice that there is a drake that's less of a priority and you can capitalize off the enemies mistake of treating it as a high value contest.

SwiftKitten881 votesocean is fine.. as a support jungler player ocean is by FAR my favorite dragon to get as 90% of the time i am NOT in combat with enemy champions in those roles. there is literally no contest, ESPECIALLY if u get it early on.
literally no other dragon comes close to how important ocean is in support and jungle if u use mana. the sustain is absurd. as much as i wouldn't really say "no" to ocean buffs. that's only bias leeching out from my failing efforts to suppress it.. it does not in any form need any sort of buff.
