It's also not gonna oneshot you. If she really gets fed she might be able to Q R you at best. Her passive doesn't even proc electrocute anymore.

Honestly I should check because I'm not sure if 15 seconds is accurate. The lowest I remember getting was like 25.

Lux gets picked and quite a lot, but not where you probably expect - pro play and high elo ranked- she is mainly played in normals and low elo ranked - still a top 10 most popular champ overall (check the datamining sites that also have info about normal games) in the last years with tons of skins released for her. Still, I find the typical Lux mains that go support every game with barrier mentally damaged.

Champions that deal the same amount of damage on their basic abilities. That while also having another strengths while Lux's only strength is her burst (and that unreliable shield so does that even count?). For that reason she will never be a better pick than those champions.

This was never a necessary change, and consideringt the power she has on her ult what's wrong with letting it keep the full CD timer when there are literally two synergizing Masteries that lower her ult CD anyway?
