WOWZERS not like he is still one of the most obNOXUS( had to ) champs atm and he lacks pretty much any form of counterplay considering how huge his ult is and his W spammage with a tiny bit of cdr.

But i guess adcs are more broken than him so we should allow him to destroy everyone else in the game.
