in rework both had their "permaslow" removed from their for better or worse because at the time riot seem set that "permaslow" was unhealthy for the game, and getting hers turned into a non-costed permaslow like 's old passive that was removed.

So I am just wondering what's your guys argument for a ranged character being allowed to keep her "permaslow"; honestly I was expecting her to get the Sivir w treatment or something, when the melees weren't allowed to keep it.
