5.1: even less junglers viable

The only thing currently allowing non-uber junglers to be viable is:

-50% on chilling smite, allowing for non-CC-heavy junglers to gank. -kiting the jungle camps, allowing most of the currently used ranged junglers to be viable.

Nothing in the current 5.1 notes is going to deal with the OVERWHELMING power of j4 or fiddles compared to other junglers. I can't even fathom why Riot would want to lower the soft-reset cap on jungle camps, which is going to squeeze out most of the ranged junglers. Were ranged junglers dominant and I just haven't seen it in diamond or pro games or streams? Really... wtf.

Also, it would be nice if I could be the same level as solo laners when I have been farming consistently and am also 3-0 at 10 minutes. Why are only a few junglers allowed to be dominant and then be allowed to retain their dominance for so long? j4 and fiddles have been the go-to junglers to carry solo-que for more than a year.

Ugh, so frustrated
