the level 1 lane bully with hyperscalings. he can walk up to you, miss everything, press w and take off a quarter of your health at level 3, no questions asked. he then proceeds to be impossible to shut down whether or not he got fed because he just scales so goddam hard with all of his self sustain, damage steroids, and mobility that even if you've sent 4 people against him he's still gonna be taking 1 or 2 of you with him.

is riot ever going to think of another way to make tanks relevant besides making them assassins? maybe fucking toning down the game's damage a bit eh?
