Stop saying Zed has as much poke as mages

Because it simply isn't true. Imagine any mana mage champion suddenly becoming manaless. Outside of the odd exceptions, like Annie and Kassadin, they would all be completely overpowered in lane. Leblanc that spawns WQE from 1400 range every 10 seconds? Anivia that permanently places a giant AoE zone under your tower? Lux that spams e halfway across lane? Viktor, Xerath, Ziggs, Ahri, Karma, Malzahar, virtually every mana champion in the game has better poke does. Zed simply has the safest poke out of all the manaless champions, but it is in no way as good as a mage's.
