Idea for Poacher's Knife and it's Poaching Smite.

So, we all know those effect you get for smiting the jungler creeps? So what if with Poachers Knife you get:

• A- Extra buffs for smiting and receiving the same buff twice. Examples: Smiting Gromp twice refreshes the buff, while doubling the scaling of it Smiting Raptors twice refreshes the buff, while also exposing invisible champs/entities and not expiring after revealing a ward Smiting Red twice refreshes the buff duration while increasing the slow on red

Please remember you'd have to smite both your own jungle creeps and the enemies creeps, so knowing where the enemy jungler is and what their current camp clearing is rewarding.
