Junglers should have smite locked on when ququed as the role

Why not:

A: Switches - the main reason

B: What if they dont want smite? (meta does change..)

C: What if they are doing double top or some other weird shit?

D: What if the top laner wants smite? (it happens every year or so)

E: Riot does not enforce meta.

It's not the games responsibility to assign your kit. Otherwise it'd start picking summoners for everyone. Then masteries. Then runes.

I see the counterarguments posted so far, and they are fair ones...

I just want my lobby to auto break if nobody on my team has smite as a summoner spell.

I hate watching my smiteless jungler be behind everybody else on the map level wise (and thus, their scaling is fucked) even if able to successfully gank just because jungle xp is so gimped without a jungle item.

I would love to hear of any recent success stories of smiteless junglers. (Not being sarcastic, I seriously have yet to see it work and need my faith restored.)
