Riot seriously needs to do something about taliyah

She needs longer cooldowns. She gets to run through her entire combo every 5 seconds AND use her q in the combos and in between. There is never a downside for someone to go in on her because she always has a massive damage ability available. And then on top of that you give her one of the best roaming ultimates in the game.

Riot likes to cite this thing they call the "power budget". Somehow, high burst on low cooldowns with mobility, 3 forms of cc, and the ability to traverse half the map while blocking off an area didn't exceed the power budget. While you go to increase her cooldowns, you should also consider making her do less damage early game because currently she can lane bully almost anyone and then scale ridiculously hard into mid and late game.

Please do something to make her harder to play because you can't keep pushing the balanced by difficulty narrative with taliyah.

And while we're at it is there anyway to report smurf accounts? Any at all?
