Swain needs a buff

I loved playing swain in silver-gold oh the days. Now i am in diamond and i never see a swain or do i ever play him. He is unquestionably weak with a low pick rate meaning even the swain mains are having a tough time. There is just to many picks better then swain that do what he does and way better. Riot please buff swain i want to play my one and only main again.
