the ADC feels too important compare to other roles

Mages Assasins Tanks Supports none of them are as important as the adc in the meta right now

if your top lane tank/mid lane mage assasin are bad, no problem they can still do their duty and get carried.

If your adc is bad? ff@20 because ~~THEY ARE FUCKING USELESS ~~their power comes from their items not their kit

I feel like if one team has a better adc than the other team it is almost certain that the team with better adc will win, even if the team with worse adc has better top mid jg and support.

and at the same time ADC are 90% toxic, flames the support and jungle, and in lower elos the adc is usually the least skilled player in a team.

I am starting to hate ADC and ADC players now, should I bring back my Annie Malphite bot lane just so the adc doesnt matter as much?

As an ADC main I feel just the opposite.

I can win early in every single game. It takes almost no effort from the enemy top laner to completely shut down any lead I've mustered and get his ADC steamrolling though. That 20cs and 1 level lead at 8 minutes becomes meaningless the instant the enemy top lane clicks TP and my top laner doesn't respond in kind. Double kill enemy ADC, bunch of missed experience for me, dragon for the enemy. Suddenly the lane I was bullying and zoning is snowballing.

It takes only slightly more effort from the enemy mid laner to put me behind. All it takes is my mid laner not pinging a missing and I'm extended because I KNOW I can win the 2v3 against the enemy jungler but then surprise there's an assassin on my face. Even if I'm warded, it doesn't do much good to see a LeBlanc or Zed or Fizz running down the river when I'm at the enemy turret. Even if I do get back to my tower, I'm getting dove and killed.

Which brings me to your ultimate problem: ADCs are supposed to be weak early and strong late game. Solo lane champions are not only stronger champions in the early game, but they have a natural experience lead on top of that. If you're NOT using that advantage to help you ADC / shut down the enemy ADC, you're playing wrong and it's no wonder you're losing. You're playing your role inadequately.

I don't think I've ever lost a game as an ADC when the enemy top/mid/jungler ignore my lane all game. Simultaneously, I don't know if I've ever won a game as ADC when the enemy top/mid/jungler are focusing my lane and my allies aren't responding appropriately. There's very little a level 5 adc and support can do against a Malphite+Fizz gank if they only see it when they reach the dragon pit or the tribush.

You guys all feel this way because when you win despite the enemy ADC being better it's in a stomp where you won hard and early and you think it has nothing to do with the role being weak but because you played so much better. You didn't, you just played well during the time you had the advantage. If you fail to do that, it's only natural that you'll lose more often when the game goes later.

ur points just prove the fact that "everyone need to do everything to spoonfeed the adc"

i really dont know what i can do as top/ mid laner /jgwhen my adc either being extremely aggressive that no gank can be done other than a dove or way too passive that i got no ward to tp behind enemy and my adc wont follow up because "oh i got 2 cs under my tower had to get it before helping u"

First sentence: Yes, that's mostly what I mean. Unless you have someone on the enemy team that can effectively 100-0 the ADC, or lock them down for prolonged periods (i.e. assassins or really strong CC) then your team should be devoting all resources to getting the ADC ahead.

The ADC is the late game carry. If you can't make it to late game, then you've already won/lost regardless of what you do. So you should play early as if the game will be closer and late game will matter. In which case you want to invest in the ADC (or the assassin that can shut the enemy ADC down, etc...).

If one ADC is getting resources and the other isn't, the other lanes better damn well be snowballing enough to stop the other ADC. An ADC that falls behind is useless, and more often than not it's an early gank or TP play that puts them behind and their allies ignore their requests for aid as they fall further and further behind until aid finally arrives too late only to lose the 2v3 or 3v4 and get the enemy ADC even further ahead. If your adc starts falling behind you should be helping them and getting them level ASAP.

solo que doesn't work that way. Even competitive isn't always that way. About the only time it was that way was in season 2 where things like protect that carry comps were op because games lasted 2 hrs long because it was so easy to stall games. After that it became more whoever gets fed first should get the kills. Also in solo que a lot of the logical things that should happen just doesn't and really often times doesn't help you but can sometimes even hinder you and the reason for that is solo que is differnt from competitive and that's why a lot of players in challenger or high elo are often times subpar players in LCS games and the reason for that is the focus of both solo que and competitive is a lot different.

I'm not going to try to say you're wrong here - just that it doesn't really apply.

Yes, there will be plenty of circumstances where getting the ADC fed isn't the top priority. As I said, if your other lanes are snowballing hard enough to deal with the enemy ADC then it's unnecessary to help yours out. Likewise, if your team has an assassin that can 100-0 the enemy ADC, it's better to have a strong assassin that can put you in a 5v4 with a mediocre ADC against no ADC than having a strong ADC in a 5v5.

The point I was making though, is that in a close game where no one individually is snowballing, the game will most likely come down to whichever team has the better ADC and whichever team better protects or helps their ADC.

So he's complaining that ADCs seem too important. Which likely is because he lets a lot of games go late where he had advantages he could have used to either help his ADC or shut down the other ADC, but instead wasted the advantage and let the better enemy ADC get to late game and beat him.

This is so not true it's not even funny. As a diamond adc main, I have some experience with this matter. The ADC role is entirely team reliant. I have lost to many TERRIBLE ADC's around the d5 Elo because the other team's support and jungler have totally outclassed my own - or the enemy Top tp's exactly when my lane decides to go aggressive, and my top doesn't have tp up because they decided to tp at the 3 minute mark for like 2 CS. In the same vein, I have also beaten adc's who are quite a bit better than myself because my team overall had been better. It's very hard to win with ANY role having a weak player, but MID/JUNG are likely the 2 roles that would affect the game the most if you have a crappy player there.

TLDR: I disagree.

but my adc had half of the enemy adc's cs by 20 minute and does nothing but straight out run away in team fight

you'll probably lose any game if someone does bad in there role to that extent and it could be any role. it might be possible to win a 4v5 but when it's 5v5 and it might as well be a 4v5 fed players because one of your teamates doesn't play there role right and feeds the enemy it becomes hard to win and it doesn't matter what role that is.

have you ever played adc with a dominating support? It is so easy to farm, you could do it blindfolded. Adc's do not win botlane, supports do. If your adc is behind in cs (assuming similar skill as other adc) I would be looking at the quality of support instead.

This is true

Well yes adc is the most important role.

They deal consistent manaless damage and obliterate towers. A dead adc turns the tide of a battle greatly.

You can forgo a mage or a tank depending on the team comp, but it's hard to not have an adc.

lol fuck adc's, they think they carry every game, fuck them they hate their supports, and all the time they say stay with me im important, protect me, bitch shut the fuck up
