Referring to recent Malz post, I've come to a conclusion that tenacity should affect all forms of CC

As said in the topic, is a champion that's quite easy to play and hard to play against at the same time, yet he has the highest win rate both in mid and top. That being said, one of the indirect nerfs that would lower his power as well as improve current problem with many Juggernauts being weak (excluding , and ) would be if Tenacity would affect all forms of CC (including suppressions). The already extremely high CC creep would tone down, especially in the era of CC overlords like and . The latter one is not only broken by itself, but also makes CC creep even higher with his Brittle debuff (that affects all forms of CC), so there is no reason why tenacity wouldn't give the same effects.
