Riot please address Pet HP overall (Not clones just pets)

Disclaimer:(Not sure if I used that word right) Numbers used are for example not concrete must be followed to a T.

I've been thinking about how people find dissatisfaction fighting heim, but I know that just nerfing him will also hurt him vs range. And I do not care for "oh good he deserves gutting" I never like any champion to be gutted, but let's not go further into examples or it'll side track this idea.

Now for heimr my suggest was:

Give his turret Pet-type (Teemo/Zyra/Shaco boxes) HP bars instead of Hp scaling off his level/AP.

8 Bars of HP seems reasonable, 3 HP taken per Melee AA, 2 for ranged/single target spells, 2 for AoE, 1 for DoT/winions. If he's still in an oppressive position or weak vs range tweaking how much HP is taken is plain and dam simple.

His turrets need to be take downable for melee while ranged can't deal with them as easily. And as I said if this change hurts him vs ranged easily lower the amount of HP ranged AAs take or raise turret's hp to a full 9 or 10.

However in the same opinion, this should be universal/generalized for all non-clone pets, for example there are a bit too much variables with how long it takes Heimr turret/morde dragon/daisy/maiden/tibbers to die. Such pets when their champion is massively ahead they're tanky and tough to deal with which isn't bad, however when their champion is weak they become borderline useless and die as if they were a caster winion(Not necessarily just these pets, talking all pets but only named a few big ones). Not to mention since they are not generalized to have Hp that works like this, it shoehorns builds a bit for them to be fully functioning.

For big bad ultimate pets, they should probably have around 100 bars, and each rank up of the ability reduces how much hp per damage event is taken away. Example for daisy(random estimate initial damage instance numbers ONLY for daisy not all big bads): Rank 1: 100 HP bars, melee take away 10 bars, single target spells 12, ranged 8, turrets 15, DoT 5, winions 3 AoE ect. Rank 3- 100 Hp bars, melee take away 8 bars, single target spells 10, ranged 6, turrets 10, DoT 3, winions 1, AoE ect. For something like ivern who can shield his pet if it's too complicated to make shielding daisy different from normal shielding(ex. shielding daisy adds extra bars of HP per "x" stat), just let the shield function normally. Someone like annie who applies the damage mitigation on tibbers I don't think would be an issue since it's direct number mitigation not shielding that works like normal HP. (Example tibbers shielded by molten would have damage instances received lowered by the correct value.)

However lesser pets like for ex. elise spiderlings/heimr(who is spoken from the start) should also be given this hp treatment. Everyone else I think already has the treatment but kept the outdated HP bars. I could be wrong about that and forgot some champions.

Sorry if anything is worded weirdly, really tired looking to sleep soon.

dude if your seriously complaining about heimer a little bit of advice is to NOT trade with him. that's all. because of how his kit is, he 100% can NOT freeze a wave and has no choice but to push the wave. if your playing a farm champ or one that can farm easily like Annie or Nasus it makes it even easier. he cant set turrets under your turret because your turret will auto target them first, making it a waste to even place down for him. his lack of wave control, however, DOSENT mean he cant handle a gank though, being that his turrets do his damage. he also isn't the best scaling champ, he also dosent have the best roams, so if he dosent snowball a lead, he's useless to his team.

tl;dr

  • let him push, your not gonna win a fight
  • get as much farm as safely as you can

also you shouldn't be trying to remove his turrets. if you can reach his turrets, your playing too far up
