if Silver 1 is new bronze...what does that make bronze?

....and if you're obviously superior....why are you getting matched with them?

i was silver 1 last season. it is SUBSTANTIALLY worse than last season.

last season i could expect everyone to at least know how to farm, and how to play safe if you get behind.

this season people are sub 60 cs at 10 minutes, repeatedly 1v1 the guy who's got 15+ cs and a kill on them, and hard feed the game away before the 15 minute mark.

no joke i had a top and jungler hard feed a riven 7 kills before 10 minutes.

i'm good enough to hold my own and win against s1-s2 opponents, but not when they're fed as all hell at 10 minutes every time teamfights start happening.
