Champs who desperately need nerfs/reworks

Been now almost 3 months and the following champs are still broken and Darius and Fiora have a 90% banrate since their rework. Not even talking about Mord anymore. Riot has failed pretty hard in this section. Balancing team has been pathetic. Took them over 3 months and still these champs haven't been balanced properly.

Broken Do i need to say something? crying for another rework crying for another rework broken mechanics. Grey HP inherently broken. : Seems like he will finally get fixed in 5.21 cancerkit, unfun to play against

OP tweak to her numbers overloaded kit Toxic Toxic. Picked in worlds vs Kassadin and she had way more mobility on low cd and no resources. That is just pathetic. Toxic Seems like he will get fixed in 5.21 Unnecessary buffs to a balanced champs. Probably the best mid in soloQ. Mid who takes the least damage on the charts and can always build Mejai low risk/high reward.

In the OP, in order: No. Maybe a little, but it actually just kind of equates to "You do a lot but not much actual damage, comparatively" Nope. Doesn't that indicate its KASSADIN that's the problem? I don't even know where you're getting this idea... He'll probably be fine after 5.21, though I don't think he was "problematic" She was buffed because she was a balanced champion with nothing going for her; everything she did someone else did better.

Champions = mostly fine, some could use minor tweaks, OP = Toxic.

Darius: He's fine. L2P. Don't feed him, don't let him get stacks on anybody, deny him any dunks to prevent a dunking spree. Simple: you need coordination as a team.
Morde: He's fine and he's doing what he should be doing: massive damage to anything standing too close.
Fiora: After the nerfs to her ulti I'd actually wish her mechanic was a bit easier to pull off. She's fine, typical melee adc, she's just a tankbuster now. Stop buying armor, start outplaying her.
Tahm: Agreed that grey HP needs to be toned down.
GP: Awaiting tweaks.
Yasuo: Actually very weak but also very toxic to play against because of his E. NO, HIS WINDWALL IS NOT BROKEN, STOP THROWING THINGS AT IT. Needs a rework imo, should become stronger and less unfun.

Diana: why even, her numbers are fine.
Ekko: overloaded doesn't mean he's OP. He has a lot of mechanics to care about, and an unskilled Ekko will not be able to use 80% of them.
Rengo: I dislike his oneshotting because it's Khazix who should be doing that, but kha is crap. Still I'd like to have a chance to react before getting instagibbed.
Riven: They're working on ways to make her damage less readily available. The first failed and got reverted. I'm sure they're still trying. (Kassadin is basically useless right now. Other mages do his job better.)
Soaraka: How the fuck is Soraka toxic. She dies to random AoE...
Veigar: His early is getting nerfed. His late is as strong as it should be.
Lux: She's too strong currently, yes. Her scalings even surpass AP Ezreal which should not be the case as he has no CC and no shield for the team, and his ulti loses damage for hitting more than 1 thing with it and it's not instant. Both of these issues should be fixed.
