Counter jungling, what do I do against it?

So after lots of practice and hard work I landed myself in Platinum IV and I'm really proud I finally got there, but sometimes there are these games where you can't seem to be able to do anything because of a counterjungling Lee-Sin, Kindred or even something like Gragas.

I main Evelynn and I have a pretty insane winrate on her for the past 100 games. I'm around 70% now but the games I lose are mostly because I am getting outjungled by someone who controls the jungle and map better than me, making me unable to farm and gain levels and prevent me from ganking. Anywhere I end up ganking they end up counter ganking.

They are simply better than me and in the higher elo junglers and laners know that they should ward my jungle to see where I am and what I am doing. Mid laners put wards on my raptors, junglers but wards on my blue or red, they even have the balls to put pink wards in my jungle.

Ofcourse if I have a mid duo I can yell for help and he will come to assist me to kill the invading jungler, but when I am playing solo I feel I cannot depend on laners to either ward or protect my jungle.

What can I do to be able to at least keep farming my jungle and not get behind so far that I become useless in the game. How can I improve?

ward level 2 entrances at around 1:30 you'll have more than enough time to get back to the starting camp.

Know ahead of time that they may look to invade 2nd/3rd/4th red/blue because it's not uncommon.

you can usually know where the enemy jungler is gonna be based on where they gank when they gank buff timers and other objective timers. How the lanes are being pushed or played. Typically a winning lane will bring more attention than a losing lane.

defensive pink wards instead of offensive pink wards

It's not the level 2 cheese that gets me, that stuff doesn't really happen that much in higher elo because everybody knows that a shaco is going to try. It's more what happens after. And yes I do use defensive pink wards, but when I just can't go in my jungle because the enemy jungler has a stronger champion than me and I can't get my laners to come and help, that's where I am stuck.

if you know the enemy jungler is going to be there just pressure the other side of the map or call for help ahead of time. Sometimes it'll work other times it won't kinda just the nature of the game. Usually if your getting counter jungled it'll usually be on a specific side of the map. unless all 3 of your lanes are losing in which there isn't a good answer because there is no pressure anywhere on the map. Play towards your strong lanes and stay on that side of the map.

This kind of thing doesn't usually get too out of hand unless the entire enemy team is making an effort to keep your jungle warded but that usually means their river isn't warded or they gain a false sense of security and as eve you can easily abuse this.

Its hard to give a precise solution to your problem because there are too many things to consider like your lane matchups and the enemy jungler and the state of the game how far ahead/behind are you? maybe consider changing play style to a more supportive eve go tanky even if your runes/masteries aren't setup for it. Does the enemy jungler spend most the time trying to counter jungle your red side or blue side (they usually can't do both). Is the counter jungling efforts just from the enemy jungler or is their team coordinating together to do so.

I'm pretty sure by plat you are aware of many of these things but sometimes you may be aware of them but don't actively think about it when those situations present themselves.
