Is nocturne any good atm

I main shyvana jg but she just feels weak for some reason. I don't know why. From what I heard, her clear is a little slower and there's less gold in the jungle. It's back to the way it was in s6 in terms of gold. I looked into vi since she 's simular with a fast clear, builds bruiser, and can easily dive the backline. The problem is she's expensive af. 6300. I looked into hecarim but he's overplayed or banned so I'd need a backup plan. I tried nocturne not too long ago and I seem to do good with him. Dive a squishy backline and the your shit on them the finish with some auto's and try not to die afterwards.

with the changes to armor pen and ghostblade hes a little weak atm if you run the thunderlords burst build but his attack speed build is all around good

I do build as. I get bloodrazor, both and tri force so that way I can touch it and earn my place among the gods in hyrule. Jk wrong triforce. Trinity force. Then I get ionian boots, streaks, and dmp.

save up for vi, nocturne is okay, but he is no vi, rengar kha, or shyvanna.

I have those 3 but I wat somthing more reliable where I'm not feast or famine and like I said, shyvana feels weak atm. I used to mow people down in teamfights and get consistant 15 kill games. My other option is hecarim because he's still op after a few nerfs and has a 30% ban rate and a 11% pick rate. The problem there is I need a backup that's also strong that isn't feast or famine.
