Locket of the iron solari needs to be changed
I can kind of understand, that there are enchanters that use shields and heals to protect their allies. They exist to counter burst champions. It might be annoying but well that's how countering somebody works. But why is there an item that can be bought by anyone who goes a littly bit tanky to shield allies for easily 400-500 dmg?
I often play burst mages. As a burst mage I have a only one job. Hit my cc and oneshot the enemy.
And then there is this support blitzcrank. His job is to hook the enemy carries to kill them with his team, and also to pick out enemies that are slightly out of position and get objectives because enemies are unable to contest. His kit can also be utiliesed to disrupt bruisers/assassins when they go in.
And then he can casually buy locket to deny my oneshot combo. He is denying my whole existence as burst mage just buy using the active ability of an item. I can't do anything beside bursting people. I don't have dps/tankiness or anything usefull aside from my burst damage potential.
(the animation of the ult is a bit strange in the replay, but ingame i casted it right on top of them and it definetly hit both of them)
Back before the supp item rework, the locket active shield was far weaker and you could burst through it. But right now locket is an absolute disaster for the gamebalance
