Ya'll stressing out over how seriously you should take the game and frankly you shouldn't.

Should you play to the best of your ability? Yes. Is it because you're taking the game seriously? No you should do it because it's a common courtesy.

Should you troll? See above. Same with afking or flaming.

I used to take League ultra seriously but then I stopped and I've never been happier. Tbh nowadays I only worry about if I'm learning or enjoying myself. If someone flames me, I let it go. If someone threatens to afk, I say w/e because there's always another game.

You win some and you lose some but if you focus so hard on not winning you will never be happy/satisfied.

Its a competitive game. I take this game really seriously...if you dont, then dont play ranked. Just got into silver like 5 mins ago. Im so tired of trash people that dont take this game serious.

I usually don't mind losing, it's buying troll items and talking to the enemy giving away your team location and intentionally wasting 4 other people's time that makes me "take it seriously" if they vote to ff I'm totally okay with that, just don't waste time.

I had a Vi flame a Blitz for Protobelt rush and I asked Blitz to go for Redemption next (we lost before he even got 1 1/2 items) and just told her to let it be because what's done is done.

If it's normals or flex, than sure, who gives a fuck?

But ranked is where people go to become known, with dreams and ideals about starting a streaming or youtubing account. Of course very few of us will make it, but that's everyones little fantasy in ranked. So why play ranked, if you aren't in it to try hard? All your doing is wasting our time.

I don't mind losing, i just hate that most of the time its my fault and that i never seem to be getting better ever. Coupled with the flaming, it just makes this a lot less fun
