How this has gone for so long a time astonishes me. Disable the sheen proc passive for ranged champions, or make the item melee entirely.
Broken or not, ezreal should have never been able to pick up this damn item, its obnoxious.

Why do you never see IBG on Vayne, Caitlyn or any other adc? So why can Ezreal? Because he gets special treatment
Häßlich1 votesIf you think about it, Corki usually builds Triforce as a core item. If he wanted to give up a little damage for more control, he would build IBG too. The main reason you see it on Ezreal is that his Q procs on-hit effects, but anyone with a sufficiently low cost, low cooldown ability and a ranged auto could abuse it.
Edit: Urgot would actually use this to powerful effect if people actually played him. If you can get Ashe to 40% cdr, her Volley can be fired every 3s for 50mp, but it's probably redundant on her anyway.
Nanuk Pihoqahiak2 votesCorki and Urgot would not use this to the extent that Ezreal does. They don't have the safety of Ezreal's Q and the ability to really reset their cooldowns like Ezreal does due to how Mystic Shot works.
