Top Late Game JGs When Mastered

I know these games tend to be decided ~25 minutes in or earlier. This isn't the most practical question. However, I really like the idea of a devastating late game jungler. I also prefer junglers with a bit of tankiness and CC for compositional reasons. For example, I've played a good deal of WW but he falls off like a brick past 30 minutes. His teamfighting is just not good enough. I've tried everything from TF builds to Witt's End. He just doesn't have the kit to be a late game champion. He's hybrid, his passive doesn't have any scaling on it, he's single target etc. Plus, every time I face Jax, he just absolutely destroys me once he has 2-3 items (even when I'm really ahead in gold).

I'm already considering Shaco, although he probably requires more effort due to his unique playstyle. The other one I'm thinking a lot about is Jax. I thought Xin was great late game but his winrate late is actually not impressive. I'm not sure if that's the champion or a build issue (Bloodrazor vs WW, TF vs BC etc.). Yi is of course a champion that always comes to mind too but he's also kind of squishy and offers no CC. This is my problem with Shyvana too. Although, I'm guessing Shyvana is also outscaled by Jax and maybe Xin. I'm looking for the best few late game junglers which still have enough generality to them in order to be viable in many comps.
