If Jhin can crit towers and Ziggs can just delete them...
Let morde Q deal extra damage to towers. Maybe not FULL damage but some extra to give him a small QoL buff.

I say let everyone apply their enhancements in the interest of fairness, but also buff towers because they're paper in a game everyone's rocking chainsaw scissor rocket drill helicopters.
