Seriously.

This champ's rework has been a complete failure. Full tank Mao point and click dash running around assassinating everyone. Becomes unkillable with half an item. 100% pick ban. Nerf this piece of shit already.

A Full Tank Maokai should not have the tools to Assassinate you 100-0, he'd have to be full AP to do that. Now Jungle Cho'Gath? That in my opinion is much scarier & much more powerful.

oh I hate him too, had 4 AP in ARAM + half ap cho, they had maokai, after a team fight only maokai was alive and 4 of us, he managed to go in 1 vs 4, finish of the 700 health veigar and survive for 30/40 seconds which is just absolute bullshit, that shouldn't be happening

To be fair I was literally 100-0 by a maokai at lvl 6 with 2 doran's rings (i was Anivia top) and escaped with like 30 hp And no he didn't have the bush E, it was a normal E.

as someone who has mained maokai for 3 seasons and 800+ games

he dont assassinate any one while being full tank

and i have games on maokai with 60k+ 75k+ 80k+ damage to champs in single games

Sure he can't do it in late when he only has tank items but in early he sure can.

I'll be honest, I don't like Maokai but I've never seen a full tank Mao straight up assassinate someone like an assassin unless his target was behind and he was ahead.

But he's still annoying to fight, especially as another tank because his sustain will keep him on top.

He doesn't 100-0 you, that is an over-exaggeration. You probably build absolutely 0 resistances as a carry and expect tanks to not have base damages.

He was also much tankier before the rework, his ult was basically a tank steroid for him and any teammates standing within like 200 units of him. Now he just has more CC and a much quicker jg clear due to his e interaction with bushes.
