Cinderhulk is the BEST thing tank junglers would ever wish for ever since the start of Season 3

This item solves two major problems that tank junglers had:

1. They can finally deal damage, and
2. They can now efficiently clear jungles without spending a 2600 gold item.

I like this item. If I suffer from an early invade causing me to be severely behind, then for the next buy I'll get cinderhulk. Then I'll keep farming, and farming, and farming, until I become relevant.

Previously I had to spend 2600 on that item ALONG with my enchantment, which is simply too much.
