Ignite should not proc Keystones

I agree. Proccing Electrocute was already stupid, now Dark Harvest makes it even worse

It's a spell, it's bound to a key, it is considered an "action" towards keystones that count an action, like Electrocute and Phase Rush. Dark Harvest procs from it too, but that is getting removed anyway.

Where is the issue? It barely adds any power.

non damaging abilities proc electrocute too. If this is due to dark harvest / other runes, it's functioning as intended.

And Mark/Dash should not proc Arcane Comet, Luden's Echo, or deal damage in the first place.
