It should charge up to get it's full knockbacks and full aoe. I dont give a single flying fuck if she is only good at disengaging this champ is worse to deal with than an Illaoi is in lane. cause i want the game to be balanced so i can enjoy it as much as i used to. Every champ i have complained over the years has gotten nerfed sooner or later for the exact reason i nagged about. It's not like i'm crying about Garen...

Well to be fair you only nag about meta champs and Janna on the other hand is the most nerf champion in history so likely she's not going to be nerf anytime soon.
