first of all, it doesnt always have to be boosting with a premade.
second, its still cheating and shouldnt be allowed. its ruins games for everyone. the idiot is playing in a dvision he doesnt belong and will destroy his teammates chances of climbing. its the same reasoning why direct account boosting is forbidden. it ruins competitive integrity. if were allowing dynamic boosting, we might aswell allow high tier players to get payed by playing on these accounts directly. its pretty much the same thing.
third, the other points like catching a particular toxic player via spectator game, and being able to report people based on ther match history remain valid. you can acutally at times identify an account thats being boosted quite well. mainly when the guy suddenly plays entirely different champions with higher winrate and cs count, uses different summoners, uses the same summoners suddenly on other buttons etc.
You are one who mentioned boosting with premade. Whether it should or should not be allowed is not yours to decide, neither is mine. Riot decided its allowed, that only time boosting is illegal is if booster logs another players account to boost it. Again your opinions on dynamic boosting is irrelevant , no matter about competitive integrity. Riot allows it, so reporting it is just fake reporting, and lowers value of your future reports. 1 report per game counts, there are 9 players to report toxic player. Why would there be need for spectator to do it?
With Dynamic queue, even your last part is not true. If u have 4 smurfs carrying you to higher elo and thye ask u to play certain champion u never played before for some buff or something and just tell u what to do in game, it cant be proven that its illegal boosting.
So if u somehow get proof that other person logged on someones account to boost him, report it. Otherwise dont bother.
