What is Kayle meant to be? Other than a nightmare for the balance team, that is.

Between Q and Lich Bane she can have some pretty mindless burst. Between W and R she has a lot of Utility, though not enough to pick her as a dedicated Support. Don't even get me started on her Passive. At some point she has abused every single on-hit item in the game.

I'm not saying she's OP. I'm not saying she's useless. She just lacks direction. She's generally not worth picking, but when she is she can be one of the most polarizing champions in the game.
